Dragon Rules Empty Dragon Rules

If joining a recruit, the recruit does not receive a dragon automatically. They must first complete a basic level of training and then go through the dragon ritual. Only then will they be granted a dragon.

If joining an officer (with more seniority than a second year): You will have already gone through the ritual and gotten your dragon.
